My experience with Cleaning Crew Solutions was exceptional! Mike answered my call right away and had answers to all my questions. I was able to book an appointment quickly within a few days of my inquiry. Mike was punctual, a pleasure to work with, and above all did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our carpets. We have a puppy and with that comes some pet stains. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get our carpets clean, but Mike made them look like new. I’m very please to have reached out to Mike to clean the stains off our carpet. I moved into this place 3 months ago and I was told that carpet was cleaned but stains couldn’t be removed. That’s not the case the stains were removed!! Whoever did the carpet before is such a disappointment because they did not do a deep cleaning. I selected Cleaning Crew Solutions to restore a bathroom for a family member and I cannot say enough good things about the results! The tub had years of built-up soap scum and hard water staining with a cloudy film that made it look dingy no matter how much anyone scrubbed. On top of that the tub also had a stubborn hair dye stain from a recent mishap that we honestly weren't sure could be removed. The team came in and completely transformed the space! The tub is bright white and glossy again, including where the hair dye stain used to be, and the grout lines are spotless throughout. They were just as thorough with the floor tile and around the toilet, every corner got attention not just the obvious spots. This isn't a quick surface wipe-down. It's a real restoration and the before and after difference is honestly hard to believe it's the same bathroom! Whether you need a standard cleaning or a full deep restoration, these folks deliver excellent results at a fair price. Calmly, efficiently and professionally cleaned our entire townhome in approx 7 hrs, including carpet cleaning & travertine floor cleaning, seal & polish. Very honest and reasonably priced. Mike came to my home smoothened out some uneven shower grout, did a color restoration , applied silicone around edges and then sealed it.
